Sai Kung House Renovation + Design

This project was a full home renovation and interior design in Sai Kung for a 40 year old village house that needed a complete overhaul. At 2,250 square feet, the 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath had great bones, but hadn’t had any work done since its construction.

B Squared Design got the project brief from the client which included: a gourmet kitchen, enlarged spa-like bathroom for new master suite (plus all new bathrooms throughout), home gym, dedicated laundry room, much more storage space, and a “roof deck that felt like an oasis”.

We worked closely with the clients to achieve the unique, open, bright, contemporary space that they wanted, and now they look forward to arriving home every afternoon after a full day of business in Central!
